Job Description:
Experience in basic troubleshooting and Monitoring.
In-depth knowledge of configuring  and managing CPG.
Hands on experience on virtual volume creation, allocation and De allocation.
In-depth knowledge on Raid levels.
Experience in LUN configs and best practices.
Hands-on experience in Remote Copy, virtual volume set name and Host set name.
Expertise in BrocadeCisco switch SAN solutions
Fiber Channel Configuration, Fabric & LUN Management, Storage Management
System administration experience on Windows, HPUX or Sun Solaris, and knowledge on VMware would be an added value.
Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management and Change Management processes.
Certification on HP 3PAR technology is an added advantage.
Provide operational support on a 24x7 rotation basis.

Desired profile

Education and Experience Required:
 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience. May hold entry-level or intermediate-level certification(s) in work field. Typically 2-5 years of relevant experience
