University Talent Acquisition Consultant

Job description

You will be part of a team dedicated to University hiring – graduates and interns, across every business area within HP for multiple EMEA region locations. You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and managers to plan and implement university recruitment projects and initiatives in multicultural environment. Support will be provided by the current team in order to build your knowledge of the businesses, systems, and recruitment channels – you will be offered on-the-job training within various HR functions and in line with the best world practices. Main Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process in alignment with HP Talent Acquisition Policies and Procedures
- Consult managers on the hiring process and develop strategic sourcing plans to ensure successful recruitment of quality candidates
- Identify and implement key sourcing and screening strategies, using expert knowledge of labor market, competition, external talent, and target universities
- Develop and maintain effective networks (through job fairs, on-campus events, university career centers) to maximize visibility and attract top quality university candidates
- Maximize the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needs
