Technology Services Inside Sales Support

Job description

We are hiring Sales Representatives for our Technology Services in Espoo. You are responsible to drive Service sales of existing HP customers within the named Customer Section. You own your named customer annual service contract renewals and conversion of Care Packs after their expiring date into Service Contracts. In additional you work together with the local services management to drive local services growth initiatives, marketing programs, demand generation and incremental revenue to your named customers. You also work in close relationship with HP Customer Operations team and technical specialists. You don’t necessary need to have previous experience in sales but have the right winning attitude and potential to grow. Understanding the customer and the proactive approach is the key for success. You need to be able to communicate well both in Finnish and English languages. Knowledge of Technology services is advantage but we will give you all the necessary trainings to succeed in this important role. Education and Experience RequiredBachelor Degree or 1-2 years of experience in related fieldListens to customer needs and tailors messages to customers based on their needs and ties-in additional marketing upsell campaigns, upgrades, or extended products/servicesMust be a team player and juggle multiple tasks and competing prioritiesExercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solutionWith management guidance, proactively contacts and sells products/services and completes lead follow-up with assigned area of responsibilityStrong presentation and communication skills both in Finnish and English
