The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Operations/Finance Analyst reports to the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Leader and provides standard to moderately complex operations support and financial support that is either transactional or analytical.
Key responsibilities include:
Global TA Headcount
Manage and track all Global Talent Acquisition headcount
Partner with Global Talent Acquisition Managers
- facilitate Talent Acquisition headcount meetings with individual managers to discuss Talent Acquisition team alignment and changes
Monthly reporting to validate accuracy of Talent Acquisition headcount
Manage confidential headcount information related to Talent Acquisition organization
Outline team recognition for Talent Acquisition Global All Hands meetings
Provide ad hoc Talent Acquisition reports (requisition data, HR/headcount data, etc.), as requested by Global Talent Acquisition Operations Leader
Global TA Requisition Approval Process
Review pending Talent Acquisition requisitions for AMS, APJ, and EMEA regions and validate required information: hp location strategy, location code, cost, validate approval path and monitor RADAR reports for Talent Acquisition team/recruiter hiring goals
Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure accuracy of GTA requisitions for approval
Prepare written summary outlining pending GTA requisitions twice weekly
Partner and present GTA Operations Leader with the finalized list of pending requisitions for GTA VP’s weekly requisition review
Global TA Budget
Support Global Talent Acquisition Ops Leader with budget
Manage and track TCOW spending for Global Talent Acquisition
Partner with GTA Program Leads to ensure spending assigned budget
Reconcile GTA expenses for monthly and fiscal year end
Support GTA Ops Leader in partnering with Finance Lead to provide global monthly accruals, business funded cross charges, external labor and travel reclass for GTA.
Other responsibilities
Provide support for Executive Talent Acquisition, such as:
- Review of completed Statement of Work for accuracy
- Supporting the Hiring Managers’ Executive Assistants in PO creation (in rare cases, creating on behalf of hiring org)
- Invoice research/liaison to Search Partner (e.g., payment status)
Manages the Global Talent Acquisition Business Continuity Plan and Records Management program.
Provides the Global Talent Acquisition organization with operational support in multiple areas including metrics and performance, audit and compliance, and communications and trainings.
Establishes and maintains relationships with GTA leaders and business leaders to actively ensure basic financial analysis needs are met
Monitors achievement of the global hiring targets, including time to fill, cost per hire, university hiring, diversity goals and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
Establishes relationships with GTA vendors and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to meet the needs of the staffing plan.
Develops a deeper understanding of the company’s financial processes and a detailed knowledge of Global Talent Acquisition
Provides analytic support to GTA initiatives and leads GTA project/program initiatives, as requested, to support the global team and priorities
Works with businesses, functions, or geographies on focused initiatives.
Desired profile
Education and Experience Required:
· First level university degree.
· Typically 2-4 years of related experience.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Strong communication skills.
· Developing thorough knowledge of one or more of the businesses in which the company competes for talent.
· Experience in web-based applicant tracking tools.
· Experience working in key business relationships.
