Job description

GSD SC Software Tower utilizes an electronic software delivery model to deliver new software versions to HP support customers.
Responsibilities: Lead the software delivery requirements definition and execution for HP software product updates.
Provide technical and business leadership in the initiation, design, development, implementation and management of cross-functional and cross-organizational software product introductions.
Analyze partner and customer needs in the area of software delivery.
Collaborate within the HP software supply chain to define programs to make breakthrough improvements in customer satisfaction.
Support current and new business requirements and introduce new services where required.
Advocate for software update customer delivery requirements within HP software product teams.
Utilize state of the art technologies to achieve business goals. Receive software update delivery requirements from HP software product teams and consult on requirements definition.
Determine and define software delivery plan for HP support customers.
Create documentation to communicate plan and requirements, then lead and facilitate an internal team to execute the plan to completion. Participate as a team member on cross functional and/or cross organizational projects and programs to gain significant improvement in our supply chain core processes, businesses and service offerings.

Desired profile

BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
