Job description
Role supports the external communication and promotion of Business
Process Services (BPS) and Industry Solution portfolios. Responsible for developing and coordinating
promotion of content on social media, HP.com and other external and internal
channels. Lead the social media
strategy, planning and postings for responsible offerings and coordination with
other HP social media teams. Contribute and
post content for BPS blog and coordinate with other HP blogs. Oversee the BPS Knowledge Matters community
of subject matter experts. Provide
support for global and regional campaigns through collateral development and
general offering collateral assistance. Coordination
of all market news related to BPS and Industry Solutions across pan-HP channels
to ensure placement and promotion. Help in maintaining and populating marketing
and sales collateral on internal sites.
Collect and report metrics regarding social media, Knowledge Matters,
HP.com and internal sites.
