Job description
The role is in HPI Sales Compensation and it is related to support management of HPI quota deployment asset (MyComp Quota)
Performs analysis of data and systems information to support decision making.
Typically the first escalation point of contact for customer issues related to area of expertise
Supports the implementation of new corporate-wide processes and systems.
Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements and makes recommendations.
Implements and assures effective business controls through review, analysis, and verification.
Assists in training and mentoring of department team and customers/users.
Supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and communication procedures to ensure effectiveness of Sales Compensation.
Interacts with internal customers, IT and other departments on a global basis.
Owns and executes application support processes within area of expertise.
Desired profile
Education and Experience Required
· First-level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
· Typically 4-6 years of related experience in IT/business operations.
· Quality improvement training required.
Knowledge and Skills Required
· Thorough knowledge of company operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.
· Broad understanding of core company businesses and the revenue cycle.
· Strong communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
· Strong knowledge of process area, experience with process improvement projects and ability to provide suggestions for process improvements.
· Demonstrated project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
· Basic financial and business acumen.
