These are full-time permanent roles, with an opportunity to shine while doing ‘real’ work. The potential to rotate will be available should the either you or your manager feel that an alternative role would suit you better.
When the programme finishes our graduates have the opportunity of developing their skills further and increasing their span of responsibilities.  By this point they are highly valued members of their teams with real Pursuit responsibilities and ownership of tasks.

Deliver the planning, direction, and co-ordination of activities from pursuit initiation to contract signature both internally and with the client

Desired profile

The Pursuit Manager needs to create and maintain a pursuit environment within which the sales strategy and win themes can be implemented to best effect.
The key responsibilities are
Leadership. Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for ALL pursuit related matters. Manages a high performance / motivated team against the agreed plan to meet ALL internal and external pursuit milestones and deliverables
Client Engagement. Provides a SPOC for the client, third parties and partners regarding procurement and planning matters. Plans, prepares and participates in client meetings, workshops and presentations.
Pursuit Planning. As part of the pursuit leadership team to agree the plan and resource requirements. Develops, owns and maintains a pursuit project plan aligned and agreed with the Client (or their Third Party Advisor) and partners.
Project Management. The management of the pursuit plan and coordination of pursuit team members to ensure the key milestones and deliverables in the project plan are met.
Resource & Financial Management. Develops, reviews and obtains approval for the pursuit budget according to current governance and affordability guidelines. Manages the pursuit within the agreed & approved budget. Forecasts and requests resource requirements against the agreed plan and client requirements.
Pursuit & Risk Management. Oversees the development, quality and timely presentation of all client facing deliverables (written and oral; narrative and numeric) across all work streams. Manages pursuit risks and issues.
Communication & Reporting. Excellent written and verbal skills. Can tailor communications appropriately to suit the audience (internal and external) at all levels.
 
 Knowledge and Skills
-              Demonstrates strong communications skills
- verbal, written, and presentation
-              Understands the principles of Project Management
-              IT literate. Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-              Good team player skills
 
 You will be working with teams predominantly in our Bracknell or London offices, however there maybe needs to travel within the UK.
             Requirements:
     2.1 or 1st in a Technical IT degree (e.g. Computer Science, Computing, Computer   Systems Integration,              Computer Security, Business Studies)
      2.1 or 1st in a degree (e.g. English, Maths) with a demonstrable alignment with project or financial management capability.
              Full UK Driving Licence
