Pricing Analyst

Job description

Manage Materials/Repair Pricing Validation, Analysis and Approval. Responsible for Monthly supplier baseline price analysis, alignment and drive suppliers and outsource partner in reducing baseline gaps, perform monthly pricing trend analysis, threshold analysis, EOL parts/alternative parts/broker parts pricing analysis,
Drive pricing process improvement and outsource partner 100% pricing accuracy and Governance of Pricing Management Framework.
Participate in Monthly Pricing Threshold Analysis and Review with Outsource Partner, Develop Pricing Bench Marking, Maintenance of Pricing Approval Record, Ensure pricing are loaded into system correctly and timely and Perform RFQ for NPI parts and providing procurement recommendation based on pricing and suppliers terms to ensure spending efficiency
Manage Suppliers T&Cs, Contract file and Escalation Matrix Repository as well as Manage Suppliers' invoice and payment issue

Desired profile

Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Statistics
Demonstrated analytical skills and Possess intimate skills in database queries, pivot tables and general reporting analysis work, knowledge of access, excel office application or other programming language at intermediate level would be advantageous.
Excellent English skills in speaking, listening and writing  
Ability to work with various functional groups and virtual teams at global, regional and countries levels
Self-driven, committable and strong team work attitude
