Job description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Helps increase productivity of Sales, providing services which involve solving requests(cases)  to establish customer hierarchy and knowledge about processes and capabilities of SFDC, NCRF, MDM. The goal of our organization is to support the EMEA Sales, Sales-strategy and the Sales-compensation providing connection between various processes and mechanisms that govern Sales teams. The team is based on this structure at EMEA level and aligns with global initiatives.
 Responsible for the correlation between the CRM tools using other software (Siebel, external databases, MDCP, D & B) through analysis and direct or indirect modification of data in these systems.
 Manage the operational implementation of changes in the customer hierarchy in data source systems company (MDM / MDCP / NCRF / SFDC), according to instructions received from sales people and sales-compensation-strategy
 Communicate and collaborate with Sales-strategy and other teams/organizations, different departments to ensure an appropriate response to the rules set
 Ensure proper alignment of standard EMEA processes activities in the team, their implementation and their adaptation to the changes taking place in business.
 Manage SFDC activities using case management as the main means of communication with the group of stakeholders (Sales-strategy and Sales-compensation)
 Consolidate data as required by the sales strategy or according to internal data quality processes and participate in conference calls to review and approval and implement in the mentioned systems
 Responsible for GBS team to implement in the NCRF system the AMID number
 Perform data analysis and preparing documents (in ppt or excel) for approval by sales or sales-compensation
 Organize and actively participates in conference calls and meetings with Sales-strategy
 Ensures alignment of processes and  processes time specific for the country or business environment
 Responsible for verifying the accuracy of information in SFDC, MDM, NCRF or other programs and can collaborate with team members or management EMEA sales-strategy to ensure that the data are accurate, qualitative, and that decisions are made effectively
 Responsible for creating tickets and open cases to support specific teams for different requests /applications
 Responsible for notifying the manager or management team when encounter problems or any obstacle that blocks the implementation or solving the daily requirements according to established processes.
 Create presentations for use in meetings with sales strategy team or management
 Use personal experience and knowledge to improve the overall process used in daily activities.
 Contribute actively in finding and implementing solutions to improve processes
 Actively seeking new solutions to improve daily activity
 Participate actively in the development and implementation of new systems, providing analysis during testing
TRAINING AND COMMUNICATION
 Participate in all required training sessions and provide feedback, information and advice to help improve trainings
 Assists demand new employees completing trainings / binding tasks of the New Employee Orientation Program
 Can perform or assist in supporting trainings and / or presentations on the operation processes within The Department or the general management issues
 Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations to support the team's efforts.
 Ensures transparency of information, documenting and storing the appropriate internal web page of the department public information.
 Ensure the transfer of information within the team or other teams in the HP

Desired profile

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 Very Good communication skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
 Expert usage of MS Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access
 Licensed in technical, statistical, languages, economic studies
 Customer oriented attitude
COMPETENCIES:
 Pronounced analytical skills
 Profound knowledge of methodologies and project management systems
 Good knowledge of Lean Sigma methodology (yellow belt)
 Basic knowledge of Project Management methodology related
 Ability to develop basic training package and lead training sessions
 Ability to deliver good results working both individually and in teams
 Capacity analysis and decision making in fast time
 Capacity to learn and quickly adapt to changing processes
