HPE Homeland Security Division is seeking a Linux/UNIX System Administrator!
 
Job Description:
*Install, configure, and maintain the following:
- Operating Systems: Red Hat Enterprise Linux or clones, Solaris 10
- Virtualization: Zen (Oracle VM for x86), Solaris Zones and LDOMs
- Hardware: Oracle/Sun SPARC and x86 servers
*Scripting and task automation
*Vulnerability assessment and remediation
*Provide on-call support

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Required:
 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience. May have Master’s degree in related field. Often holds entry-level certification(s) in work field. May hold intermediate-level certification(s) in work field. Typically 5 years of relevant experience
 
Knowledge and Skills Required:
7 years work experience with Linux System Administration/ 3 years of UNIX System Administration
Security Level: ATF Public Trust Level 4 (must be US citizen and resident)
Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers and switches
