Job description
This position is for limited term employment with the possibility of future employment term extensions and/or conversion to regular employment with Hewlett Packard.
Job Description:
Process moderately complex enrollment applications/and requests
Data entry of customer information entered into computer system for tracking application purposes
Process written correspondence
Research of problem areas and document processes used to correct issues
Respond to internal and external inquiries relating to enrollment questions
Track and log all customer interactions
Correspond and return applications providing clear direction to customers
Ensure proper policy and guidelines are followed by using the User and Operating procedure manuals
Assist in training of team members and customers on routine matters
Attend internal and external meetings as needed
Other duties as assigned
Work is performed in the downtown Denver, CO area
Desired profile
Skills and Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of two years experience processing enrollment applications, or performing medical billing/administrative tasks. Government related healthcare experience preferred.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism in communicating with customers
Ability to effectively work independently to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work under specified time constraints
Ability to work with details and follow directions
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to use multiple window based screens to perform work
Strong computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office products
Ability to be well organized and work under specified production standards
Ability to track and follow-up on assignments and enrollment applications
