HR Management Associate Intern Job Description
 
The HR MAP Intern position provides not only an opportunity for talented individuals to demonstrate their abilities while receiving development support from a structured cohort program, but also offers exposure to HP’s leading-edge HR Management Associate Program (HR MAP). HR MAP is a specialized leadership development program for high potential graduates from top-tier masters programs in business and HR.
We are looking for energetic, highly motivated individuals who will have completed their first year of a Master's level (or equivalent) degree. HP wants people who can bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives into our organization.
Our program is designed to mentor and develop talented individuals with strong leadership potential and strategic thinking capability.
Participants will be assigned challenging positions and projects aligned with their interests. Interns will be part of a cohort of full-time MAPs, participating in development and learning opportunities as they complete their summer assignments.

Desired profile

Education and Experience
Will have completed first year of Master’s or MBA degree in HR Management, HR Development, Industrial and Labor Relations, OD, IO Psychology, Learning and Development, Business Administration, or related field
3-6 years professional experience in business, HR, or related field; uniquely qualified candidates with less experience may be considered
