The Job positions itself within the Analytics and Data Management (A&DM) Delivery organization. A&DM is an ES global practice focused on helping enterprises become data-driven and agile. We offer a full suite of services and solutions across Data Discovery, Analytics, Information Governance, Information Management (e.g. BI and Data Warehouse) and Technology platforms (e.g. Hadoop as-a-Service, HAVEn as-a-Service) to help our customers catch the next wave of business innovation.

Key Characteristics:
 
Although it’s more then only programming, 70% of the work is done through configuration in xCP Designer. You must be able and willing to help the team in development
- including lines of Java code, XML, XSD, HTTP Operations, CSS.
Most of the time you are working with the Business Process functionality of EMC Documentum. More general, you will become familiar with: xCP, Case Management, Process Integrator, DQL, DA, xPlore, dm_relation, CTS, methods and jobs… Although you might not be familiar with these concepts now, you should be motivated and interested to learn more.
You will gain knowledge of different operating systems and will learn to work in Windows, Linux and Unix/Solaris environments.

What you need to bring to the job
 
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in an IT related area
Bilingual Dutch – English (spoken & written)
Knowledge of Java and XML is required
Knowledge of Documentum is a big plus
Previous experience in a customer support role is an asset
