Job description
Supply Chain Finance Analysts provide financial leadership and support to the processes and teams in Supply Chain Operations. This includes financial basics (accounting, business controls, compliance, planning and reporting), as well as financial analysis & consulting to drive business decisions that enable a world-class cost structure, optimizes shareholder value, and ensure our customer's experience is better than that of key competitors.
Responsible for all FP&A processes around Cost of Sales burden:
Preparation, communication, consolidation across multiple teams
Single face of contact to WW EG SC FP&A and EMEA EG FP&A regarding deliverables, follow-up-items, to enable a smooth coordination between the teams
Comprehensive EMEA EG HW level “story behind the numbers” (Supply Chain Cost) for communication to senior management
Manage the ESSBASE structure & data integrity for actuals, flash & budget
Project Savings tracking
Reporting of EMEA revenues by Factory
Ad Hoc requests
Projects
Uses of a wide range of financial systems as required for the coverage of all tasks (EDW, BW, SAP, Essbase Cubes, HRBI).
Desired profile
Education and Experience Required:
· First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
· Typically 4 years of experience as a financial analyst.
· Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
· Strong communication and influencing skills.
· Excellent teamwork skills
· Good business acumen.
