- we have the perfect match for you. We are looking for an Oracle DBA with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in database administration. Our team consists of experienced Oracle DBAs, providing high-end quality administration for Oracle instances for HP's major customers. The DBAs are working with the newest technologies on the market and are frequently trained on the latest products. Day-to-day operations include: working with business critical databases, Oracle Exadata, VLDBs with size in TBs, high availability solutions like RAC and Data Guard, design/implement infrastructure projects, datacenter migration/consolidation projects and similar. You will use your expertise to achieve high level of customer satisfaction by designing/implementing/administering state-of-art solutions in the customer's environment. Your daily challenges will include: implementing middle to high-complex solutions and document them, coordinating complex projects, participating in creation of infrastructure designs, meeting with solution architects, engineers from different towers and customers. You will work in an environment where quality and perfection are our major objective. However we always work on deadlines so planning is a core skill requirement. Working remotely from Bulgaria, you will be reaching customers from pole to pole.

Desired profile

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English language
- Real production experience and knowledge in at least two of the following
Oracle Database versions: 8i, 9i, 10g, 11g, 12c, (MySql or MSSQL knowledge will
be added advantage.)
- Very good knowledge in administration of at least one of the following server
systems: HP-UX, Linux, AIX, Solaris
- Practical experience with:
o Managing Database Availability, Storage, Data, Memory, Performance
o Installations, Patching, Upgrade, Migration
o Advanced Backup and Recovery
o Flashback Database
o ASM
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Service oriented behavior and good communication skills to internal and
external clients
- Exadata working experience
Any of the following will be considered an advantage:
- Oracle Certified Professional
- Database Administrator
- Experience with HP ServiceGuard, SGeRAC
- Experience with HP Data Protector or other MML software
- Real Application Clusters
- Data Guard
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control
- Experience with Oracle on Windows, Oracle Failsafe
- Work experience in ITIL environment
