Global Business Services (GBS) provides shared services to F&A, HR, Supply Chain, and Sales and Marketing HP processes. We have HP Global Business Centers in India, China, Singapore, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Spain. At our Global Business Centers we focus on applying standard architectures, methods and tools to process development.
 
Job Description:
This position requires direct communication with stakeholders following-up on open subjects and a proactive, inquisitive, self-driven working style.         Acquires job skills and becomes familiar with company policies and procedures to complete assignments/tasks. The position will need understanding of the general and technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are routine in nature, as well as where some judgment and/or problem resolution is required. Allocates own time efficiently as detailed by management.
           
Responsibilities:  
Responsible for initial contract creation process so as to achieve close business Partner-HP opportunities
Create and maintain internal documentation of the process
Contracts maintenance
Partner profiles creation and maintenance
Monitor daily incoming emails for issue resolution and investigations
Attend customer calls for case resolution and follow ups
Track daily tasks
Updates internal tools and requirements
Investigation for specific cases
Seek and work on constant process improvement
Create and maintain internal documentation of the process

Desired profile

·         High school education level or Bachelor Degree·         2 years of experience working or interacting with sales Teams·         Excellent writing and verbal English Skills·         Portuguese is a plus·         Ability to interact with external and internal customers·         Demonstrated convincing and negotiating skills applied to sale a product or Service·         Excellent Communication·         Demonstrated customer service soft skills·         Easy to adopt to constantly Business changes·         Understanding of contract Business lifecycle·         Microsoft SharePoint user level·         SAP Basic User leve is ·         Knowledge of Salesforce.com is  ·         Knowledge of HPS-IC is
