The purpose of this job is to prepare management reports pertaining to revenue / operational reporting and to maintain and improve the current data reporting structure.  This dual role will involve the completion and validation of performance tracking summarised into concise management reports for presentation to senior management on a weekly basis or as required (ad hoc reporting / analysis).  Taking ownership of the running and setup of all MS applications that the group use to provide all their data reporting.  The candidate will be expected to develop and complete ad-hoc reports in response to the business requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
The running and setup of all MS applications that the group uses to provide all their data reporting (VBA / MS Access / Share Point).
To oversee the data reporting structure and make improvements where necessary, according to the Business needs.
Production of various daily and weekly operational reports, business metrics and packages for all levels of management within the HPN Supply Chain hierarchy, pertaining primarily to Orders, Backlog, Shipments, Supply and Forecasting.
Preparation and development of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Scorecard metrics.
Initiate, develop and manage key process improvements.
Conducts quantitative and qualitative business models and analyses to contribute to large projects.

Desired profile

Education and Experience Required 
Recent Graduate (last 12 months or in the process of graduating next year)Graduate of Business StudiesProfessional accounting trainingIT or Mathematics or business equivalent preferredExcellent computer skills essential
 
Knowledge and Skills Required

Accurately and carefully follows established procedures for completing work tasks.
Software experience required: Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic for Application (VBA), Microsoft Access, SQL Server.
