Sales Administrator
We are looking for an enthusiastic & experienced customer service / sales administrator to join our busy sales team. We are offering an attractive salary and bonus scheme, based on skills and experience along with genuine long term career opportunities.
House of Flags is the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of flags, flagpoles, banners and other display material with sales in excess of £4m. House of Flags is based in Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire. The company has ambitious growth plans and the right candidate would play a key role within our sales team.
Responsibilities will include;
- Inputting of quotations and sales orders.
- Assisting with telephone and email enquiries.
- Chasing orders by phone & email
- Liaising with customers and internal departments.
- Data entry of customer records.
- Other general support duties within the sales office
Required skills
- IT literate inc word, outlook and excel.
- Posses attention to detail
- Be able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Self motivated
- Team working
- product and system training will be given
