Learning & Development / L&D Relationship Manager, Doncaster

We have an excellent opportunity for an L&D Relationship Manager to work on behalf of one of the UK's leading providers of learning and development, accredited courses and managed training services.

The Company
Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of learning design and delivery, employee relations support and health & safety consultancy. They design and deliver on average 6000 learning interventions per year to over 200 clients.

A multi award winning business with an outstanding pedigree, they have been providing Government Departments and Agencies, successful private sector companies, Police Forces, NHS Trusts and Local Authorities with cost effective people solutions for 20 years.

The Role of L&D Relationship Manager
As L&D Relationship Manager you will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop key strategic plans to grow the client portfolio and:

* Ensure client L & D interventions are delivered to the very highest customer service standards, on time and within budget.
* Work closely with other business unit members, associates and external partners to maximize organic growth of contracts and build new business relationships / manage existing ones, in order to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets on gross and net values

Key Accountabilities as L&D Relationship Manager
* To develop a strong partnership with existing clients to ensure that a high level of customer service is attained and other products are introduced and developed.
* Managing the design and delivery of L & D interventions.
* Applying innovative problem solving and analytical skills in overcoming challenges identified in individual project areas.
* Assist Directors and Managers with the tendering / bidding process.
* To vigorously search out, identify and pursue business opportunities.
* Motivate and develop suppliers, by demonstrating leadership qualities, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
* Developing a culture that motivates all business units by demonstrating a commitment to customer service excellence that provides a vision for all employees to follow.
* Develop and build strong client relationships through excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills at client meetings.
* Manage client contracts from beginning to successful conclusion.
* Provide Management information to ensure that financial sales analysis and budgets can be measured.

Knowledge and Skills
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a managerial role
* At least 3 years’ experience working in an L&D or HR environment
* Previous demonstration of effective cross functional skills and liaison
* Project management experience
* Comprehension of business processes and supporting technology
* Ability to work in a creative environment, having excellent presentation skills
* A wealth of evidence illustrating experience of client development both from internal and new clients

For the role of L&D Relationship Manager there is a competitive remuneration package of circa £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
