Role Snapshot
You’ll be the engine behind Hosco’s new external-job aggregation program. Working with premium hospitality partners and a third-party crawl platform, you will source, configure, and quality-check hundreds of fresh roles every week, ensuring they flow seamlessly into our Career Center for schools to support the placement of our community of 2M+ hospitality students and professionals worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
· Source & Onboard Feeds
· Identify high-value career pages and job boards in line with our upscale/luxury focus.
· Request API keys or crawl permissions from providers when necessary.
· Configure crawl rules (domain, pagination, ATS type, refresh frequency) in the external tool.
· Mapping & Integration
· Create field-mapping templates (title, location, contract type, internship tag, etc.) to Hosco’s data model.
· Coordinate with Product Ops to test and push feeds live.
· Customer Success Operations
· Update and maintain CRM and internal tracking tools with client-specific feedback and data.
· Assist in monitoring content health metrics for client-facing job feeds and flag inconsistencies.
· Help improve customer-facing dashboards or reports by ensuring accuracy and relevance of data.
· Customer Success Assistance
· Support customer success teams by documenting frequent client issues related to job feed accuracy or integration.
· Help prepare content or FAQs for common client questions about job feed visibility, tagging, or relevance.
· Monitor client queries or feedback tickets related to the job aggregation tool and assist in resolving basic cases.
· Quality Assurance
· Run daily spot-checks for broken links, duplicates, expired roles, and incorrect tags.
· Maintain a QA dashboard and escalate issues to providers or engineering.
· Analytics & Reporting
· Track coverage KPIs: total jobs, internships, apprenticeships, school-specific relevance, rejection rate.
· Deliver weekly insights and suggestions to improve source mix and crawl rules.
· Continuous Improvement
· Benchmark competitor feeds, propose new sources, and document best practices.
Keep an eye on ATS updates that may break existing crawls and recommend fixes.

What You Bring
- Coursework or 1 yr+ experience in hospitality, HR tech, data ops, or digital content.
- Comfortable with basic HTML/XPath or low-code scraping interfaces (no heavy coding needed).
- Detail-obsessed, able to spot mismapped fields or off-brand job ads quickly.
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills; familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools is a plus.
- Fluent English; French, Italian, Spanish, or German is a bonus.
