Status: Permanent
Hours: Full time hours are 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7 hours per day working between 7am to 8pm.

A junior position to assist and aid in day-to-day administration in a busy law firm. The main responsibilities of the role will be to provide filing support and assisting fee earners across the firm.
The main duties of this role are:
- Open all incoming post and facilitate delivery to the correct departments and individuals.
- Photocopying, printing, scanning, document binding.
- Storing and retrieving client records.
- General administration and filing of large volumes of post from received from clients.
- Basic data entry work.
- Processing all outgoing and internal post.
- Undertake any training requests from management and be orientated towards self-development.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 3 A Levels or equivalent qualification
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A positive attitude
- The successful candidate will need to be conscientious, punctual, committed, and articulate.
