About the role
In this vital frontline role we are looking for the best of the best in Customer Service & Sales. Our Walsall based Customer Service and Sales Centre is seeking dynamic people with the confidence, energy, personality and belief in delivering a great service and better ways to make our customers feel truly special.
You will handle either inbound or outbound customer service & sales calls (non advised & regulated) delivering an experience that surpasses customer expectations whilst creating and taking opportunities to present suitable products and services appropriate to the Customer’s needs. You will be working in a vibrant and exciting environment that operates 7 days a week 8am - 8pm with a variety of working patterns
