Bradwell Media is a hidden gem in Milton Keynes; Home to a hotbed of creative talent, we are the largest independent photographic and video studio in the UK. We produce around 45,000 photos and videos each year for major UK retailer Argos as well as other Home Retail Group companies Homebase and Habitat.

We are looking for experienced stylists to join us and work with our fantastic studio teams to help us create inspiring photography to enhance our extensive and hugely varied product ranges both online and in our print publications including our major UK retail websites, mobile and tablet apps, iconic catalogue and many supporting brochures, leaflets, flyers and store communications.

About the Stylist role:

As a Stylist at Bradwell Media, you will work to translate client briefs into final styled sets, ready for photography or video to reach an audience of thousands of our customers. You will work closely with a great team including set builders, photographers and photographic assistants – each set is a real team effort!

Our customers are increasingly looking to us to inspire them with great imagery. This means that the sheer volume of work that is produced by the studio is no mean feat so you will need to thrive in a fast paced environment and have a proven ability to hit tight photography deadlines.

It may be busy but it’s also really exciting and varied - no day is the same at Bradwell Media! Styling briefs will be hugely varied in line with the vast range of products we sell. One day you might be working in the morning on a Homebase kitchen home wares brief, having a full kitchen set built which needs to be styled with props and products to appeal to a broad customer set, then later that day you could be styling models for a clothing shoot. The next day might be followed by a valentine’s themed shoot for Argos engagement rings, requiring highly intricate close-up detail.

Most of your work will be shot at Bradwell Media but we also run a number of shoots on location too. Photographs of your work would appear across all of our digital and print channels reaching thousands of customers and our photography is also regularly featured in design press, so that’s a lot of people viewing your work!

Required skills and experience include

Degree or equivalent in interior style, textiles or similar subject area
Proven experience of working as a stylist within a photographic or design studio
Ability to work collaboratively with teams to deliver styles sets to brief and within deadlines
Future facing and interested in keeping abreast of industry trends and contributing new ideas
