QA Product Insight Analyst

Job description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Product Insight Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team. As a Product Insight Analyst you will assist the provision of customer insight management information and supporting QA team objectives of reducing product returns and improving customer satisfaction.

As a Product Insight Analyst you will:

Provides product & supplier information and insight to the QA Technical team.
Organisation of PSG meeting; minute taking.
Provide Insight information to support the development of product performance specifications that ensure product requirements are met in terms of customer and business expectations .
Supports Amber SharePoint solution.
Participates in Haznot & Returns Analysis working parties.
Provides regular reporting of management information, including:

MQDR’s.
Supplier Amber HAZNOT reporting.
Warehouse Damages.

As a Product Insight Analyst your skills and experience should include:

Educated and qualified to at least Degree level or have an equivalent Technical qualification equivalent to HNC.
Have in depth knowledge and appreciation of ISO9001.
Extensive relevant QA experience gained in a Retail or Manufacturing environment.
Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers.
Advanced user of MS Office applications, ability to use management information to proactively inform customer centric solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present analysis to key stakeholders.
