Job description
As Partnership & Strategic Team Member you will provide first class customer relationship, service and administration support for our Partnership and Strategic Customers and internal colleagues through multi-channel and face to face communication routes. You will fully understand the client’s schemes and customer requirements to provide full service ownership and informed decision making.

As Partnership & Strategic Team Member you will:
Build support and maintain warm, friendly, efficient and proactive relationships with our Partnership and Strategic customers in a mainly desk based support service environment
Offer efficient and proactive telephone support service and email response to Partnership and Strategic Customers and their clients meeting and exceeding SLAs for response times and customer satisfaction
Provide administration, system and technical support (for example order uploads, keying orders, card production etc) for our Partnership and Strategic Customers meeting and exceeding agreed SLAs
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times ensuring that clients expectations are met
Offer recommendations to continually improve our Partnership and Strategic Customers experience and journey
Support our Partnership and Strategic Customers in line with the AFB strategy and offer recommendations on process improvement that has commercial benefit for AFB
As Partnership & Strategic Team Member you will have:
Demonstrable Customer Service experience, preferably gained within a role where the activity was face to face relationship management as well as desk based call centre style support
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, in particular the post holder must be able to build professional Client relationships
Strong IT, Technical skills.
Good understanding of the commercial benefits to process improvement for the organisation.
High accuracy and attention to detail skills.
