About the Job
We are recruiting for our brand new and exciting 24 hour contact centre, based in Peterborough. You will be working as part of our inbound contact centre team taking a mix of sales calls and customer service calls.
Responsibilities and Duties
• To place customer orders and strive to resolve all customer enquiries at first point of contact, primarily by telephone but also by correspondence and email
• Identify and maximise sales opportunities through cross selling and up selling through a sales by service approach
• Maintain knowledge on; products, procedures and policies so as that an accurate and high level of service can be provided to customers
• Identify, resolve and record customer complaints
• Working as part of a team to achieve individual and department KPI’s and SLA's
Skills/Experience Required:
- Previous call centre experience with a sales background desirable, yet not essential
- Must be highly motivated and a self-starter
- Passion for people and customer service
- Be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
Hours
Full time - 40 Hours over 7 days.
The following shifts are available Monday to Sunday: 8am-4:30pm, 4:30pm-Midnight, Midnight-8am
