We work exclusively within the life sciences industry in Europe, supporting organisations seeking to engage professionals within the functional disciplines of clinical operations, medical affairs,
pharmacovigilance, quality assurance and regulatory affairs.

We are looking for a number of exceptional graduates to join our organisation as Trainee Recruitment Consultants at our offices in Kings Cross. We are looking for ambitious people who want to develop a long-term successful career in the Life Sciences recruitment industry. Our financial rewards are as exceptional as our people.

Hobson Prior International operate a 6 month Learning and
Development Programme during which you will acquire all of the necessary skills and knowledge to become a successful Consultant with us. The programme includes gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences industry, using effective and timely candidate sourcing techniques, creating a consistent pipeline of high value candidates and implementing sales strategy to achieve long term success. The programme comes with full support, ongoing reviews and milestones to measure progress.
