Job description

The upscale Pullman Brussels Centre Midi has a privileged location on site of the Brussels South railway station. This stylish and cosmopolitan 4 star hotel offers 237 rooms with superior facilities and a design Convention Center.

Overview of duties

• You are one of the contact for Meeting customers to help to implement and manage the services as negotiated and sold by the Sales Department.
• You are responsible for customer satisfaction, from signature of the Event sales agreement through to the end of the meeting.
• You adapt to customers' needs by proposing working methods and a framework for organising events.
• You are assisting all departments involved in setting up the event.
• You help increase income from the event by encouraging additional sales.
