Title: Asset Management (Agriculture)

Salary: Up to £27,000 plus Personal Performance Bonus

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.45am - 5.15pm, Friday 8.45am - 4.45pm

We are looking for a Graduate to join Hitachi Capital Business Finance who we can grow into an expert within Asset Management, specialising within Agricultural and Construction equipment. We will invest in you and upskill you so you can be a true expert within 6 - 12 months! You will also spend time with our manufacturers and farmers which will fast track your learning and widen your knowledge, this will also be very fun and hands on!

Please see below a brief overview of the duties you can expect:

Residual value setting for agricultural and construction based equipment
Research into agricultural and construction related markets
Enhancing the reputation of Asset Management internally & to Brokers externally
Negotiating with remarketing agents with regards the sale of assets and Brokers regarding Customer’s re extension rentals and damages to asset
Regularly review and visit remarketing agents to ensure Hitachi assets are being properly managed, valued and sold
Appointment, ongoing management and instruction of repossession agents
Take responsibility for all end of operating lease assets, contacting the customer prior to maturity to discuss taking the assets back and disposing of them or re-hiring the assets for a further period.
Preparing all the necessary re-hire or disposal documentation
To take responsibility for the approval of all settlements for operating lease and lease arrangements with a repurchase agreement in place and advise both external and internal customers accordingly.
To be able to price check assets on new deals where applicable.
