Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an energetic and positive Data Entry & Administrative Clerk who is detail oriented, self-motivated, that can work individually or as part of a team. All duties will be performed in a professional, diplomatic manner and with a positive attitude and behavior. The position is a full-time.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Type in data provided directly from customers
• Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Effective interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Two years office experience including automated systems
• Intermediate computer and work and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups
• Competence in grammar, spelling, oral and written communication
