Part-Time Customer Services & Sales Advisor

Location: Preston, Lancashire.
Employment Status: Part-Time. Shifts available: 4pm - 8pm Monday to Friday or 8am - 12pm Monday to Friday and Full day Saturday.
Salary: £Competitive + Bonus & Benefits.

Working in partnership with TalkTalk, HGS are looking for energetic Service/Sales Agents to join our fast paced, award-winning passionate team in Preston.

Job Summary:
The job involves taking inbound calls from customers who are calling regarding TalkTalk products and leading them through a journey with the aim of arranging their contracts for them. This is totally service/sales led however, you will be required to promote relevant additional products to the customer. Full product training is given.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work as part of a team to effectively resolve all customer queries
• Handle inbound queries from customers regarding their services
• Provide professional responses via telephone and email
• Pro-actively up sell additional products where appropriate in a non-advisory capacity
• Provide an outstanding level of customer experience in times of high pressure
• Meet individual and departmental targets
• Build a strong rapport with customers, to ensure they remain a loyal TalkTalk customer

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude with the ability to showcase your outstanding sales through service skills at all times.

Training:
You will be given 1.5 to 3 weeks training within a classroom environment. Please note training will be FULL TIME, Monday- Friday 9am-5.30pm and will require 100% attendance.
