Job description
The On Call Yoga Instructor is responsible for teaching and facilitating yoga classes offered to members and guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

To be successful in the role, you will be required to lead 1 hour classes starting at 9am on Saturday and Sundays and have full availability to assist with sunrise yoga classes which commence at 7.30am throughout the week - the expectations will be to lead a minimum of 2-3 classes a week in total and to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of all classes to complete set-up activities for the classes. Classes will have up to 12 participants per session.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a yoga instructor, the ability to successfully design and facilitate yoga classes which cater to participants across varying levels of experience. Previous experience within a hotel or high-end sports and recreation establishment is preferred. You will be reliable, punctual and have an excellent approach to customer service.
What will I be doing?
As a Yoga Instructor, you would be responsible for teaching and facilitating fitness classes offered to members and guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Provide, teach and facilitate individual and group exercise instruction and workouts for members and guests
· Ensure safe exercise practice through observation, correction, assistance and answering questions
· Ensure current knowledge of exercise techniques and trends
· Conduct opening and closing procedures, as needed
· Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
· Maintain cleanliness of work area including, but not limited to, the facility, locker rooms, studios, machines and equipment in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
· Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
· Perform general Club duties, as needed
