Job Requirements

The Wellness Space Manager is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for guests at the SAX Club.

This space includes:

·  A fitness area equipped with the latest technologies.
·  A relaxation and chill-out area featuring a hammam and sauna.
·  An outdoor pool and jacuzzi.
·  Two treatment rooms offering bespoke massages, as well as facial and body treatments.

Responsibilities:

·  Maintain a presence at the reception of the SAX Club and ensure a high-quality customer experience within the space.
·  Welcome guests and guide them through treatments.
·  Promote the range of treatments, massages, and SAX Club memberships to external clients.
·  Ensure the satisfaction of external members.
·  Suggest improvements to develop the offerings and profitability of the SAX Club.
·  Oversee daily communication with external service providers and coordinate therapists.
·  Monitor stock levels of skincare products, hygiene items, and other consumables, and place orders when needed.
·  Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the wellness space.
·  Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards within the wellness space.

Work Experience

Profile:

·  A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in managing a wellness space, preferably in the luxury sector.
·  Exceptional service orientation with a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs.
·  Impeccable presentation and professional conduct at all times.
·  Discretion, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
·  Languages: Fluency in both French and English is essential.
·  Knowledge in wellness and treatments: Expertise in skincare techniques, massages, and general wellness practices. A background in massage therapy, esthetics, or a similar field would be a plus.
