Please note the work schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday

The Pem is the signature restaurant here at Conrad St James, London dedicated to the pursuit of culinary excellence using the best of local British ingredients. We’ve quickly built a strong reputation for elegant flavours using seasonal-led ingredients, locally produced. Since opening, we’ve won an array of awards including ‘One to Watch’ at the National Restaurant Awards 2021.

The Pem restaurant is named after Emily Wilding Davidson who was a prominent suffragette. Pem was her families’ affectionate name for her and we’re proud to dedicate The Pem to strong women leading from the front.

 

The Requirements

We are looking for people to work with us at the Pem that have the following attributes:

·  Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant, Michelin experience preferred .
·  A positive attitude towards the job, customers and also your co-workers
·  A passion for learning new and varied skills and growing within our company
·  Be the face of The Pem and follow our Service and Standards of Procedure
·  Strengthen and maintain product knowledge in order to be able to offer the highest customer experience.
·  Help to maintain a clean and organised workplace and follow set up and break down procedures 

 

 Travel:

·  St James Park Tube Station  – District & Circle Line – across the road
·  Westminster Tube Station  – Jubilee Line (4 Mins Walk)
·  Victoria Station  (8 Mins Walk)
·  Waterloo Station  (10 Mins Walk)
