Job description
The Food & Beverage Server provides a welcoming, luxury dining experience for our guests at Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island. This role involves delivering exceptional service across our dining venues by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities

Guest Service
· Greet guests warmly, assist with menu choices, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
· Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards.

Efficient Operations
· Set up, clean, and prepare dining areas for service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
· Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and timely delivery.

Attention to Detail
· Ensure all guests’ needs are met by checking on tables and responding to requests promptly.
· Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management as needed.

Team Collaboration
· Support colleagues by assisting with additional tasks when needed to provide seamless service.
· Uphold Waldorf Astoria’s brand standards and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Requirements
· Experience : Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or hotel preferred.
· Skills : Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail.
