What will I be doing?

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

· Give a warm welcome our guests
· Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner

· Empathy with the guest to make them feel confident.

· Control and responsibility over all guests’ communications with the club.

·  Perfect knowledge of all the services offered.

·  Support the team in the F&B service.

What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

·  Previous experience in this position in a gastronomic restaurant or similar.
·  Availability to work a split shift schedule (lunch and dinner service).
·  Positive attitude
·  English and Spanish conversational
·  Good communication skills
·  Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
·  Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
