Our Corporate Finance team serves as a critical business partner responsible for managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, and tax.

As Treasury Analyst you would be responsible for managing and performing all treasury operations of our Mexico and Caribbean Managed hotels in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and maintaining accurate control environments.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

·  Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
·  Payments to all Hotels’ stakeholders, including, but not limited to, suppliers, Government agencies, Team Members, and Ownership Groups.
·  Initiating treasury transactions in local and foreign financial institutions, using electronic banking
·  Be the treasury advisor to the Hotel and Office teams
·  Bank accounts reconciliations
·  Accounting records ensuring treasury transactions are recorded in Hotels’ financial systems
·  Reporting to the Treasury Supervisor

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

·  One (1) year of related experience, including internships (Example: Accounting, Treasury, Bank Reconciliations, and payment reports)
·  Work a hybrid office schedule based in our office in Mexico City, Mexico, a minimum of 3 days per week.

It would be useful if you have:

·  BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
