The Hilton Orlando is searching for a Stewarding Supervisor to join join and lead their team!  

The Hilton Orlando features 1424 rooms and is located off of International Drive near the Orange County Convention Center. Ideal Candidate will have at least 2 years of Stewarding Supervisor, 1 year of Dishwasher experience, have computer knowledge and will be able to communicate in English and understand the language.

 

Shift Pattern: Candidate will work rotating shifts throughout the week. Weekends and Holidays Required.

Pay Rate: $19.28 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Stewarding Supervisor, you would be responsible for supervising stewards and dishwashers to transport and clean cooking utensils and serviceware in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·  Supervise and support stewards and dishwashers to transport and clean cooking utensils and serviceware for restaurant service and banquet events
·  Supervise cleaning of work area and physical surroundings
·  Maintain and deliver proper serviceware inventory for food and beverage departments and banquet functions
·  Ensure all food and service equipment are delivered on time to all functions as specified
·  Assign daily work, train, and monitor team members
