We are looking for a motivated and dynamic intern to join our team as a Reservations Agent starting July 1, 2025. If you enjoy working in a prestigious setting and wish to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests, this internship is for you!

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an intern in the Reservations department, you will be responsible for:

Responding to requests via phone/email or through the FIT extranet.

· 
Verifying reservations made the previous day and over the weekend.

· 
Assigning VIPs / noting each customer request.

· 
Checking room rates.

· 
Entering FIT reservations.

· 
Providing pricing proposals to individual clients, companies, and travel agencies.

· 
Following up on payments before the arrival of guests.

· 
Responding to inquiries from the central office and other departments.

· 
Following up with long-stay guests and/or multiple reservations.

· 
Contacting clients who have booked rooms for people with reduced mobility.

· 
Verifying arrivals.

DESIRED PROFILE You are currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality and/or Business, Marketing (minimum Bac +2 level). Dynamic and detail-oriented, you are known for your organizational, coordination, and communication skills. You are proficient in basic sales techniques and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Your English proficiency is excellent. Internship starting in July 2025 for 4 to 6 months.
