A Group Spa Sales Coordinator is responsible for implementing strategies, promotion and sales of Spa services, targeting guests traveling in groups, ensuring that their experience is comprehensive and personalized. 
This position works in alignment with sales and marketing objectives and in collaboration with the Spa operations team to ensure flawless execution of each key interaction.

What will I be doing?

A strategist, he directs his full-time efforts in group spa sales and follow-up, his contribution impacts revenue and custom experience design. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards

1. Promote and make visible the Spa's facilities and services, managing the development of promotional materials and reservations.
2. Create unique itineraries for guests traveling in groups that integrate the SPA's services. 
3. Perform strategies focused on selling and interacting with group clients.
4. Collaborate with property sales and events teams to integrate spa services into group itineraries. 
5. Participates in family tours (FAMS) and facility inspections.
6. Ensures consistent outreach that drives spa utilization and improves guest satisfaction.

7.Track SPA revenue performance metrics.
8.Create a wellness menu and group activities, unique activities that drive engagement and recruitment and improve guest satisfaction.
9. Research potential customers and develop customized proposals for each group.
10. Anticipate guest needs and desires by analyzing profiles and preference.

Group Spa Sales Coordinator serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

Academic background: University degree in Administration, Tourism, Marketing, Quality, or related careers. 
Proven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in the areas of sales, MICE sales, group or wedding coordinator, site inspection, spa knowledge is a plus.
Passion and experience in sales as well as high-level group service, and strong detail orientation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of wellness trends, luxury spa, entertainment and local experiences.
Creativity, aesthetic sensibility and a sense of constant innovation

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

·  Previous experience in a sales role
·  Relevant degree, in a sales or business discipline, from an academic institution
