Il Picciolo Etna Golf Resort & SPA is an exclusive 5-star hotel located in the unique setting of the Mount Etna Park, operating under a prestigious franchise partnership with the Curio Collection by Hilton brand. Our mission is to offer unforgettable experiences that blend luxury, gastronomic excellence, and the charm of Sicily.
We seek a versatile and professional Spa Receptionist & Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate is a hybrid professional, capable of seamlessly switching between guest reception duties and performing high-quality wellness treatments in the cabin.
Key Responsibilities:
· Spa Reception: Manage reservations, welcome guests, advise on treatments, and assist with sales at our Shop.
· Cabin Operations: Perform massages and beauty/wellness treatments according to the resort's high-quality standards and ensure brand excellence.
· Guest Experience: Ensure a relaxing atmosphere and impeccable service in all areas of the spa.
Work Experience
Requirements:
· Qualifications: Professional Diploma or Certificate in Esthetics/Massage Therapy (mandatory qualification to operate in the cabin).
· Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory.
· Experience: Previous experience in a 4/5-star hotel in a similar role (reception or cabin). A propensity for retail sales will be considered an asset.
· Attitude: Excellent communication skills, cheerfulness, flexibility, strong customer focus, and the ability to manage stress.
