Job description
· Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
· Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
· Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
· Book appointments and manage schedules for therapists.
· Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner.
· Ensure the spa environment is clean, comfortable, and well-organized.
· Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
· Maintain accurate guest records and adhere to confidentiality standards.
· Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
· Promote spa products and services to enhance guest satisfaction
· Provide high-quality massage and spa treatments according to the guest's needs and preferences.
· Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various spa therapies, including body treatments, facials, and massages.
· Ensure the comfort and safety of guests during treatments by maintaining a relaxing and professional environment.
· Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and spa area.
· Ensure all equipment and products are properly sanitized and stored.
· Offer personalized recommendations based on guest concerns and preferences.
· Stay updated on new techniques and treatments to improve guest experiences.
· Work collaboratively with spa receptionists and other team members to ensure seamless service.
· Maintain high levels of hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations.
· Ensure guests leave the spa feeling relaxed and satisfied.
· Basic computer skills
· Able to respond to guest emails in English
· At least 2 years of Spa or Guest service role experiences
· Must have a valid spa service provider license
· Good communication skills in English and friendly, professional attitude
· Previous experience as a spa therapist in preferred
· Good personality with a neat and tidy appearance
