What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day spa operations, including managing and organising invoices, coordinating group bookings, and ensuring all relevant information is communicated clearly to the night team and finance team.

·       Oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Front of House (FOH) operations (Retail & eforea Spa Reception) by communicating and delegating tasks effectively to ensure achievement of objectives and operational standards

·       To monitor Stay Experiences (Satisfaction Tracking System) results and provide recommendations to Head of Department.

·       To ensure that all products are ordered, stored and requisitioned according to the highest standards. Potential shelf life of products must be taken into account

·       To build and maintain excellent relationships with all product suppliers, ensuring an effective partnership when it comes to training, service, promotions and incentive programs

·         Take ownership of and be responsible for ensuring all administration procedures regarding client care are carried out including managing booking procedures, client payments and consultation cards.

·         Follows Hilton’s operating brand standards at all times in the Spa.

·         Environmentally Awareness according to Hilton Worldwide

·         Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

·         Able to work independently with a high level of efficiency and initiative to get things done.

·         Collaborate with the Head of Department and Director of Operations regarding administration and office co-ordination as required.

·       Constantly strive to increase guest satisfaction through personalisation, quality, creativity, range and value for money services available throughout the spa

The Person – Qualifications, Skills and Experience

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Spa & Wellbeing industry

·       Previous experience with rostering and payroll is required

·       Availability to work weekends and evenings and flexibility is required

·       Excellent customer service experience

·       Proficient in Microsoft office, specifically Microsoft excel data entry and analysis

·       Positive attitude

·       Good communication skills

·       SOP development experiences

·       Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations in fast past environment and proactive action

·       Ability to work autonomously and in a team

·       Team organisation experience leading a diverse team

·       Financial and budget report experience required

·       Excellent grooming and presentation
