Spa Attendant

Job description

As a Spa Attendant, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of all spa areas to ensure an exceptional experience for both Guests and Members. Your duties include, but are not limited to, the following responsibilities, which must be performed to the highest standards:

Perform general cleaning of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing rooms.

· 
Conduct deep cleaning tasks throughout the spa and wellness areas as scheduled.

· 
Handle laundry duties, including collecting, washing, folding, and restocking towels, robes, and linens.

· 
Report any lost property, accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidents promptly.

· 
Greet guests warmly, ensure they feel welcome, and offer assistance when needed.

· 
Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
