As a  Sous Chef , you’re not just leading daily kitchen operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

·  Support the Resort Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
·  Prepare and present authentic, high-quality Latin American dishes
·  Ensure consistency, quality, and excellent presentation of all menu items.
·  Supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
·  Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
·  Manage stock, food ordering, and inventory while controlling food costs and minimizing waste.
·  Assist with menu development, seasonal specials, and recipe creation.
·  Ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation during busy service periods.
