New Hilton Worldwide

Senior Director Regional Procurement MEA

  • Dubai, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Job description

Hilton Supply Management

Hilton Supply Management (HSM) is the largest hospitality group procurement organization globally and an integral division within Hilton. HSM manages the supply chain of hotels, both Hilton and non-Hilton branded hotels. With more than 19,000 hotels in our program (including over 9,000 non-Hilton-branded hotels), HSM drives economies of scale and negotiates competitive contracts with industry-leading suppliers – ensuring direct savings on the product & services for hotel partners and being a value-add partner on all levels.

What will I be doing?

Reporting to the Vice President EMEA for Hilton Supply Management, the Senior Director, Regional Procurement for Middle East and Africa will spearhead the strategic direction and operational execution of the HSM function across all applicable Hilton brands in the region, driving value, efficiency, and alignment with global procurement standards.

Position Summary:

As Senior Director, Regional Procurement MEA, you will serve as the strategic leader for all procurement and supply chain operations across the Middle East and Africa. This role is accountable for driving alignment with Hilton’s business objectives and brand standards across all operational products and services for applicable Hilton brands.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting GPO (Group Procurement Operations) business development initiatives by partnering with key stakeholders to onboard new ownership groups, management companies, and hotel operators onto HSM programs. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships, build a robust regional network, and demonstrate sound commercial judgment will be critical to success within Hilton’s matrixed organizational structure.

You will lead a team of four Regional Directors, providing strategic direction, setting clear growth targets, and ensuring optimal resource allocation. Your leadership will extend across HSM field offices in Dubai, Cairo, Jeddah, and Johannesburg, supporting over 140+ operational hotels and 135 pipeline projects across 39 countries, spanning Hilton’s Luxury, Full Service, and Focused Service brands.

The role includes oversight of all contractual negotiations for supply programs across the Middle East and Africa, ensuring alignment with Hilton’s strategic sourcing objectives. You will drive continuous improvement and optimization of the Hilton supply chain, focusing on the consolidation of goods and services to achieve economies of scale and reduce total cost of acquisition. This position requires close coordination with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure full compliance with Hilton’s Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures across all Supply Management activities.

You will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of procurement and spend management platforms such as BirchStreet and SmartSpend (Coupa), ensuring consistency, transparency, and efficiency across corporate and hotel-level operations.

Collaboration with the broader EMEA leadership team will be essential, particularly in aligning with category management, customer engagement, and in-market GPO sales priorities. Leveraging your procurement expertise and regional insight, you will identify opportunities to enhance account profitability and drive new business generation.

Additionally, you will lead procurement support for multi-country hotel openings, the execution of group contracts, and the development of supply chain strategies for new markets, ensuring Hilton’s procurement capabilities scale effectively with regional growth.
