At Hilton Berlin, we are looking to fill the following full-time position:
Sales Manager (m/f/*)
Your responsibilities:

Managing a defined customer portfolio
·
Qualifying and building new customer relationships
·
Creating long-term customer loyalty and increasing business volume in a profit-relevant manner
·
Developing, planning, and implementing sales promotion measures
·
Representing the hotel at trade fairs, networking events, and sales trips
·
Organizing and conducting site tours, telemarketing activities, client events, and FAM trips
·
Collaborating intensively with regional and international sales offices
·
Conducting market observation and analysis
What we expect from you:

Enjoyment and passion in dealing with customers, guests, and international colleagues
·
Sales experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel industry
·
Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and negotiation skills in both German and English
·
Sales and revenue-oriented thinking
