The New York Hilton Midtown looking to welcome 3 Rooms Division Administrators to our housekeeping team!
It's all about location in NYC and New York Hilton Midtown places you right in the heart of the action. At this 1,878-room property, you will be within walking distance of a multitude of famous attractions, including Central Park, Radio City Music Hall, MOMA, and Broadway. Stop by the theater and transportation desk for tips, tickets, and travel in and around the city.
We are looking for 3 candidates: 1 AM shift, 1 PM shift, and 1 swing shift (will work AM and PM shift)
Shift Pattern: 6:00am – 3:00pm & 2:00pm – 11:00pm
Pay Range: $30.00 - $33.00 / hour

What will I be doing?
As a Rooms Division Administrator, you would be responsible for taking primary responsibility for the scheduling of housekeeping staff, daily assignment of room attendants, and answering phones and dispatching in the housekeeping office. In addition, you will assist the Housekeeping Payroll Admin with payroll responsibilities.
Specifically, you would be performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Complete room attendant schedules, along with other schedules as directed by management.
· Update staffing requirements with forecasted numbers and determine staffing requirements.
· Approve or deny team member requests for time off or make other adjustments to the schedule as appropriate.
· Utilize the OnQ Scheduler computer system.
· Complete the assignments of room attendants to floor sections to cover open rooms or otherwise assign room attendant duties.
· Answer the phone and emails in the housekeeping office and dispatch requests to managers, floor supervisors, and public space attendants as required.
· Must be able to answer the telephone and respond to customer/employee inquiries speaking clearly and pleasantly.
· Comprehend and speak English thoroughly, accurately record and deliver messages for any employee in the department in clear legible handwriting.
· Update time and attendance tracking documentation to properly record all team member absences and tardiness. Assist management in preparing documentation to address concerns.
· Assist with the processing of departmental payroll and complete all payroll tasks in the absence of the Housekeeping Payroll Administrator.
