What will I be doing?
Work in a vibrant seaside resort environment where no two days are the same, and your skills help maintain the beauty and functionality of a world-class holiday destination. As Handyperson, you are responsible for carrying out daily bedroom and corridor maintenance to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A Handyperson will carry out routine and reactive repair, general maintenance of the building to maintain the hotel and residences in an optimum and efficient manner. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·         Carry out basic repairs to guestrooms, A/C units, trouble shoot and repair in-house TV systems 

·         Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to a seamless and luxurious guest experience.

·         Conduct minor furniture and carpentry repairs and minor plumbing repairs (taps, shower heads, toilets). 

·         Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to guests

·         Report any health and safety issues on the floor and support the hotel’s sustainability and safety goals through proactive maintenance and reporting.

·         Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
